Bodywork, Breathwork and Embodiment — A neo-Reichian work on the body, the breath and the emotions.
These pages, the activities described, and the reflections they offer are part of a project whose intention is to return people’s attention to the spontaneity and naturalness of life. Returning to the “center of the world” the human being with their body and their capacity to feel and to be exactly as they are: a creative and interdependent being, ready to express their individual uniqueness and to live intensely each experience that existence brings.
Osho Pulsation Breath and Bodywork is a method of exploration and personal transformation that works through the body. It helps dissolve the burdens accumulated in daily life, to recover the natural flow of vital energy and to rediscover vitality and expressiveness.

Created byAneesha L.Dillon, this work was born from the integration of the insights and understandings of two of the most brilliant and controversial figures of the twentieth century, Wilhelm Reich and Osho. It provides the awareness and tools necessary to anchor the process of transformation and personal growth in the body.
Pulsation uses breathing, movement and the production of sounds to explore the entire spectrum of sensations, emotions and states of consciousness that we carry within us.
As energy begins to flow freely and naturally through the whole body, it becomes possible to experience a state of extraordinary vitality, together with sensations of relaxation and wellbeing.
The results are immediate, tangible and lasting:
- makes you feel more alive in the body and allows the expression of this vitality;
- lightens the weight of old “emotional baggage”;
- allows exploration of a freer and more fulfilling sexuality and sensuality;
- creates a deeper contact with essential qualities such as love, joy, strength, trust and playfulness;
- expands the capacity to feel and to express emotions;
- makes the body more flexible and relaxed;
- allows a deeper connection with oneself;
- increases the capacity to live in the “present moment”.
“We are all born as wild beings, creative, free in our feeling and expression, in resonance with the pulse of life…”
When the Body is Tired or Overwhelmed
When stress lasts too long — at work, in relationships, in caring for others — the body can enter a survival mode. Life continues, but something inside shuts down: breathing shortens, sleep loses its depth, emotions feel either too intense or too distant.
Pulsation creates a space in which you can begin to experience a deep and regenerating relaxation: not a simple “lying down”, but the possibility for the system to truly slow, to let go of some of the load, and to find a softer ground to rest on.
Gradually, many people report a renewed clarity: it becomes easier to sense what feels right and what does not, which situations support and which exhaust, and in which direction to move to rediscover wellbeing and satisfaction.
The Three Pillars of Osho Pulsation
Bodywork — The Body
The body is the starting point of every transformation. Through conscious touch, movement and somatic work, Osho Pulsation releases chronic tensions accumulated over time, restores the natural flow of energy and reawakens the capacity to feel fully.
Breathwork — The Breath
The breath is the bridge between body and mind. Techniques of deep and connected breathing activate the parasympathetic nervous system, dissolve emotional blocks and open space to sensations, feelings and states of awareness that normally remain in the background. In this way the breath generates a potential that the body-mind system uses to restore a new bioenergetic balance: a deep reorganization that expresses itself as greater vitality, presence and inner coherence.
Embodiment — Sensations, Impulses and Emotions
Embodiment is the practice of bringing every experience back into the body — including mental, conceptual or emotional ones — learning to listen with greater richness and precision to physical sensations. Through this listening the body becomes a compass: its signals and impulses offer concrete guidance in daily choices, reducing dependence on purely rational thought and opening to an integrated form of intelligence that unites feeling, intuiting and acting.

How to Participate
Osho Pulsation is practised in various contexts, suited to different needs and levels of involvement:
Workshops and Events
Open events for everyone — from Basic workshops to themed workshops — are the most immediate way to enter contact with the method. They last from one to several days and offer a complete experience of bodywork, breathwork and group dynamics.
Weekly Classes
Weekly classes are regular meetings in small groups, ideal for those who want to integrate somatic work into their routine. They offer continuity and depth: each session is a space to practise breathing, conscious movement and contact with oneself, accompanied over time by a facilitator.
Professional Training
The three-year Osho Pulsation Training is an intensive professional development programme, structured in residential modules. It is designed for those who wish to explore the method in depth and, if desired, to train as a practitioner or facilitator.
Individual Sessions
One-to-one sessions with a qualified practitioner are designed for those who want a more personalised and ongoing process. They offer a dedicated space to explore specific themes, work through deep blocks and integrate the experiences gained in workshops.
