Osho Pulsation offers different paths depending on where you are and what you are looking for: from a short multi-day experience open to everyone, to a three-year professional training. Here you will find an overview of the available opportunities.
Workshops and Groups
The workshops, or “groups”, are experiences open to everyone that usually last from 1 to 5 days.
With a predominantly experiential group work, some principles of Pulsation’s Reichian work are introduced and the focus is on self-exploration that supports the process of personal growth.
In a confidential and protected atmosphere it will be possible to rediscover one’s own vitality by reconnecting with the body and its natural sensitivity and energy. Breathing will be used to increase the charge level and exercises to release muscular blocks, allowing “bioenergy” to flow again throughout the system. Support is given to let sensations and emotions resurface, which can be expressed through powerful body work and emotional release structures.
Through movement, dance, the subtle exploration of the different energy centres (chakras) and meditation, we will awaken a new vitality, a fresh sensitivity and a natural expressiveness.
Osho Pulsation: The Weekend: alongside the educational and experiential offering of the Pulsation Training, there is also the possibility of attending only the introductory weekend of each scheduled module.
An opportunity for a “first taste” or to dive back for a few days into the neo-Reichian work that liberates and celebrates our natural vitality, immersed in the magical atmosphere of Miasto and supported by the daily Osho meditations.
The “Supervision Group”: suitable both for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the work and enhance their skills, and for those who simply want to immerse themselves again in the practice of Pulsation and meet old friends.
The Three-Year Pulsation Training
The Pulsation Training develops over a three-year journey in which two branches emerge:
the “Process”, more experiential, and the “Professional Training”, more didactic.
The Process offers a journey of personal discovery and growth through a series of physical and emotional experiences centred on encountering one’s own muscular and psychological armour and releasing tensions to restore the natural flow of vitality and the connection with one’s “Essential Core”.
The Professional Training deepens the theory and techniques needed to feel at ease in addressing emotional dynamics and emotional release for those who already work with people. It also provides solid foundations for developing one’s skills as a practitioner of the “Osho Pulsation Bodywork” method.
People attend the Osho Pulsation Training for different reasons:
- some professionals will use this training as a way to enrich their understanding and capabilities in direct bodywork with clients, including energetic and emotional dynamics;
- many people use this long experience as a tool for personal growth, on a journey of deep self-exploration of the process of contact and deconstruction of the muscular armour.
The first year, Basic Training, consists of three 7-day modules. Each module is a complete experience accessible to everyone in any order and addresses different aspects of the Process. A unique approach to physical movement, breathing and emotions that initiates participants into a profound personal discovery and integration.
The second year, Advanced Training, accessible only to those who have completed the first, consists of three 7-day modules preparatory to each other. Suitable for those who want to take the Process experience to a deeper level, also beginning to include aspects of the Professional Training that are here experienced as tools to make the personal growth journey more complete.
The third year, Supervision Training, is primarily oriented towards those interested in Professional Training who have already completed the second year. It is structured around a path that includes supervision activities, in-depth study of the theory and techniques used, and an internship. Personal work develops further and includes the experience of being introduced to leading classes and groups and facilitating individual sessions.
