1. General principles

Protecting your privacy is a priority for us. This website collects only the information strictly necessary for its correct functioning and the services it offers. We do not use profiling tools, behavioural tracking, or targeted advertising.

2. Data collected and purposes

The personal data processed by this site is limited to:

  • Contact form: name, email address and message text, collected exclusively to respond to your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Newsletter subscription: name (optional) and email address, stored for sending updates and communications about Osho Pulsation Italia activities. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Server technical logs: IP address and minimal navigation data, automatically recorded by the hosting server for security and technical functioning purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: maximum 30 days.
  • Web visibility tools: we use Google Search Console and Google PageSpeed Insights exclusively in aggregate mode to assess the site’s visibility in search engines and its technical performance. These tools do not collect personal data from users browsing the site.

3. Data we do not collect

This site does not use Google Analytics or any other behavioural analytics tools, profiling cookies, marketing pixels, advertising tags, or retargeting systems. No sensitive data is collected.

4. Cookies

5. Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will securely store only the information you provide at the time of subscription. Your data will be used exclusively to send you updates and communications relating to the activities of Osho Pulsation Italia. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, without having to provide any reason. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your unsubscription request.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
— Contact form messages: until the correspondence is concluded.
— Newsletter data: until unsubscription, then deleted within 30 days.
— Technical logs: maximum 30 days.

Data collected through this site is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical providers essential to the operation of the site (hosting, security), who act as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

The site is protected by Wordfence Security, which may temporarily process IP addresses for cybersecurity purposes.

The site uses Akismet for anti-spam filtering of comments and contact forms. Akismet is a service by Automattic Inc. and may process message data to detect spam.
