The Pulsation Training is a three-year path that combines neo-Reichian bodywork, deep breathing and Osho’s active meditation. It is addressed to those who want to undertake a journey of personal growth, and also to professionals who wish to train as practitioners of the Osho Pulsation Bodywork method.

Osho Pulsation Bodywork is a method of personal growth that works with the body and with energy to help us recover our natural vitality and expressiveness.
It is based on the revolutionary work of Wilhelm Reich and on some of the “maps” he discovered concerning the energy flow of our system. Breathing techniques, body movements and expressive sounds form a structure for exploring the phenomenon of biological tension and its release, which Reich called the “orgasm formula”. Many psychological problems in fact originate in a disturbance of the natural regularity of the charge and discharge function that governs spontaneous emotional release as well as uninhibited sexual orgasm.
Conditioning and de-conditioning
Every time we block a sexual sensation, suppress anger or repress tears, we activate a powerful regulatory system that Reich calls the “muscular armour”: the effort to control emotional expression creates tension in the musculature that blocks the flow of sensations through the body. These unconscious holdings make us feel emotionally isolated, in a state of psychological fragmentation and energetically hostile towards ourselves.
Pulsation restores the sense of wholeness by letting us reclaim the sensations we have refused and pushed back into the unconscious. Through deep neo-Reichian breathing and direct “hands-on” work we dissolve the muscular armour and enter an emotional, biological and instinctual state connected with the Life Force itself.
When the inner pressure of unexpressed emotions is released, a deep relaxation follows at the centre of our being. We are then able to enter silence and meditation far more easily.
Active Meditation
The Pulsation process is supported by Osho’s active meditations, which integrate perfectly with Reich’s vision.
Osho designed his Active Meditations above all for contemporary men and women, stressed by a hectic lifestyle, in order to bring them gradually from the busy periphery towards the silence of the core.
Meditation can give wings to the roots we are growing deep in the earth through our exploration of the body and of its capacity to feel.
Through Pulsation we become part of the meeting between earth and sky, and we learn to accept the whole rainbow spectrum of human feeling: from its animal roots in nature, through the human heart, towards the flowering of the spirit.
The Osho Pulsation Training is suitable both for those who want to acquire new tools to enrich their skills in “hands-on” work with the body, energy and emotions, and for those who want to experience a deep self-exploration in the process of deconstructing their own muscular armour.
Opening, Freeing, Living: the Basic Training
With Magna David Rasulo, Maitri Paola Gradara and the Pulsation Team
A deep journey into the experiential branch of the Training, made up of three modules that can be attended individually, each one a complete experience in itself, including 50–60 hours of theory, personal exploration and practice.
We will present the Reichian theory that underpins the work and, in a loving and supportive atmosphere, it will be possible to relax those physical and energetic tensions that prevent us from perceiving nourishing sensations of pleasure and joy.
Expressiveness and physical expansion are supported by active work with the body alternating with experiences of deep inner relaxation — both essential elements for letting go into a space of silence and meditation, from which we can finally welcome trust in our life.
Opening to Feeling — “The Weekend” (the first three days) and also “Basic Training 1”
OR
(With the July 2026 workshop plus one individual session, you can make up for the Basic 1 module that took place in 2025.)
This group starts with three days dedicated to reconnecting with the body, beginning to discover and release tensions that are no longer needed, in order to intensify the flow of vital energy.
An “anti-stress weekend” that lets you return to daily life lighter and regenerated.
Over the following four days we will use breath and movement to open the body to a deeper energy flowing within, allowing long-repressed sensations and emotions to start moving and expressing themselves again, dissolving many blocks.
We will explore:
- grounding;
- Reichian breathing;
- the healing of emotional wounds from the past;
- the seven segments of the muscular armour;
- the release of the ocular and throat segments;
- the individual session.
Freeing the Body — “The Weekend” and Basic Training 2
The presentation of Reichian theory continues, along with personal experience and individual sessions.
The central topics will be:
- what Pulsation is;
- Energy: the Life Force;
- the Pulsation breath;
- energetic charge and discharge;
- Reich’s Orgasm Formula;
- the release of the thoracic segment;
- exploration of the respiratory diaphragm.
Living the Aliveness — “The Weekend” and Basic Training 3
We will continue our personal exploration, addressing further aspects of Reichian theory. Participants will also begin to practise exchanging sessions within the group, which will be the core of the teaching in the Advanced Training.
The central topics will be:
- Pulsation and Counter-Pulsation;
- the process of deconstructing the muscular armour;
- the dynamics of emotions: Anger/Love, Fear/Trust, Pain/Pleasure;
- the emotional types described by Charles Kelley;
- exploration of the belly and the pelvis;
- an introduction to work on purpose and self-determination;
- presentation of the Advanced Training.
Deepening, Integrating, Expanding: the Advanced Training
With Magna David Rasulo, Maitri Paola Gradara and the Pulsation Team
The Advanced Training is open to anyone who has attended the three Basic modules or has gained equivalent experience of Osho Pulsation Bodywork.
Each module of the second year is preparatory to the next one and includes 50–60 hours of theory, personal exploration and practice.
With exercises, meditations, theoretical and practical classes, moments of sharing and session exchanges, we will continue the journey into the second year of the training, going deeper into the themes, sensations and emotional memories located in the seven segments of the muscular armour.
Emotional anatomy, the theory of deconstructing the armour and bodywork techniques will be some of the essential teachings needed in order to give a Pulsation session.
Deep personal and emotional learning can take place in the practice of exchanging sessions. We will explore the qualities of presence, empathy, “holding the space” for someone else, and containment.
Only a therapist who has done deep personal exploration work on themselves can create the essential conditions to accompany a client in a meaningful process of growth.
Starting from their own individual experience, participants will begin to learn how to facilitate a client during a breathing session, supporting the expressive movements and vocal sounds that can allow a spontaneous emotional release.

Osho Pulsation Supervision Training: the Third Year
With Magna David Rasulo, Maitri Paola Gradara and the Pulsation Team
In order to bring the Italian training path in line with the international standards of the Training, a year of integration and deepening is required. It is essential in order to complete the process and to begin working as an Osho Pulsation Bodyworker.
The third year involves taking part in a number of mandatory activities, and acquiring further tools in specific groups and recommended courses.
It begins with participation in a first Supervision Group in which, besides deepening some personal growth experiences, specific tools for individual work are provided, along with structures for leading weekly Pulsation classes lasting 2 or 3 hours.
Supervision meetings are held every year and last 5 days.
They are precious occasions not only to expand your professional skills and continue along the training path, but also to meet old friends and travelling companions, share experiences and celebrate your own energy, going even deeper into the work with the body and the breath.
Once the first Supervision Group is completed, a period of exploration begins: the internship.
Mandatory activities
- Take part in a first Supervision Group, after having given 5 individual sessions to one or more clients, which will be discussed there.
- Give a further 15 individual sessions, discussing 5 of them during supervision meetings, either in person or online with the training teachers.
- Receive 10 individual sessions.
- Assist at a minimum of 15 days of Osho Pulsation Bodywork Trainings or groups.
- Lead two cycles of classes following the structure indicated during the first Supervision.
- Take part, or have already taken part, in a “Primal Awareness” experience.
- Take part in a second Supervision Group, during which you can present a group facilitation and give a “test session” in front of colleagues and the Training teachers, demonstrating that you have understood the principles of the methodology. This leads to confirmation of your suitability to practise as an “Osho Pulsation Practitioner” and so concludes the internship period. You will then be authorised to lead “Osho Pulsation” sessions, classes and workshops independently.
Those who are not interested in certification will be supported in integrating the experiences gained during the Training into their own work, and possibly in developing their own style and system.
Recommended activities
Although they are not part of the mandatory requirements, in order to expand and deepen your professional path and personal growth we recommend complementing the training with these groups and courses:
- “Osho Therapist” or “People working with People”, with Tarika Glubin: an experiential group addressing transference and counter-transference (free4being.com/osho-therapist);
- “The Rebellious Spirit”, with Tarika Glubin (free4being.com/rebellious-spirit);
- “Body Types and Body Reading”, with Moumina Jeffs and Agni Thalgott: a complete immersion into character analysis through the body (moumina.online/workshops/body-types);
- A massage course, to refine your ability to touch the client’s body during individual work.
