Osho Pulsation individual sessions are the most direct way to engage with the method: a one-to-one encounter in which the body becomes the starting point for dissolving chronic tensions, recovering natural breathing, and reconnecting with what you truly feel.
No prior experience is needed. Sessions are open to anyone who wishes to have a concrete experience of the method, in a private space, at their own pace.
What Happens in a Session
Each session lasts approximately 80–90 minutes and takes place lying or seated on a mat, in a calm and private environment. The practitioner guides you through techniques of conscious breathing, somatic touch, and body movement to invite the system to perceive and release accumulated tensions.
During the work, breathing deepens gradually. The body begins to move following its own impulses — small or large releases of energy, sounds, emotions that arise spontaneously. There is no production involved: it is a process of listening and permission.
What It Can Bring Over Time
Individual Osho Pulsation sessions are not limited to releasing physical and emotional tension. When the body reconnects with its natural breathing and the nervous system begins to regulate, a wider space opens: a space in which it becomes possible to recognize what has remained suspended, unsaid, undecided.
Gradually, the process brings: greater clarity in decisions that had been blocked for too long, a renewed contact with one’s own felt sense — authentic, unmediated by fear, a re-harmonizing of mind and body.
