Burnout and Stress

When fatigue becomes exhaustion, the body loses its balance: concentration fades, daily pleasures lose their flavor, and breathing becomes shallow. Osho Pulsation works in this space — not to diagnose, but to encourage listening, movement, and reconnection with oneself.

Do You Recognize These Signals?

Chronic overload often shows up subtly, before it becomes full exhaustion: waking up tired even after sleeping, difficulty switching off, constant tension in the jaw, neck or shoulders, shallow or held breathing, giving everything without ever recharging, struggling to set limits or say no, a sense of emptiness or distance from oneself.

The Body as a Resource, Not a Problem

The Osho Pulsation approach — rooted in the work of Chuck Kelley and the Reichian tradition, integrated with neuroscience and meditative practice — does not treat burnout as a diagnosis to resolve. It reads it as a moment of broken balance that has its roots in the body: in blocked breathing, chronic muscular tension, and difficulty feeling one’s own boundaries.

When the breath is freed, something else frees too. When the body is allowed to move with awareness, held tensions dissolve and the mind finds space to reorient itself.

How to Begin

Individual sessions: one-to-one meetings tailored to your needs with a certified facilitator. Groups and workshops: collective experiences that offer a sense of containment and support.

Important note: Osho Pulsation is a personal growth journey. It is not a form of psychotherapy, does not replace clinical or medical pathways, and is not indicated for the treatment of diagnosed conditions. In the presence of acute crisis, please consult a healthcare professional.
